Yes. You can modify this program to do 3 days per week or 4 days per week but keep in mind that you will have to reduce the load as there will be less recovery time between each workouts.
Yes and No. If you consider yourself at the intermediate level or advance and know the replacement exercise, then you can make the changes. However, during our testing with clients, we have found that the exercises listed in workout gives the best result.
