No. For maximum muscle strength, you need to push them under additional load. Thus you need access to a gym to perform exercises.

Yes and No. If you consider yourself at the intermediate level or advance and know the replacement exercise, then you can make the changes. However, during our testing with clients, we have found that the exercises listed in workout gives the best result.
