Agreement to Terms

User Accounts

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

Health Disclaimer

By using this Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The workout recommendations are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone
• You are solely responsible for your health and safety when performing any exercises
• We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the Application
• If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

Intellectual Property

The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Limitless Passion Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

Any content you submit or upload to the Application (including workout data, profile information, and feedback) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Application
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the Application

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the Application and contacting us to request account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Passion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limitless Passion Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Passion Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
